He received his BA in Latin from UCLA in 1975, and his PhD in Comparative Literature: Greek, Latin, and English, from UCLA in 1983. Thornton is a Professor of Classics and Humanities at the California State University in Fresno, California.

C. Bradley Thompson is Professor of Political Philosophy at Clemson University and the Executive Director of the Clemson Institute for the Study of Capitalism.

Carla Main is a practicing attorney who has litigated a wide variety of commercial cases involving real-estate-related disputes, the First Amendment, fraud, art law, and civil rights. She writes frequently for The National Review, Policy Review, The American Lawyer, and The New York Post, among many other publications. Ms. Main resides in New Jersey.

Carnes Lord is Professor of Strategic Leadership at the U.S. Naval War College and director of the Naval War College Press. A political scientist with interests in international relations, security studies, and the history of political philosophy, he served in the White House under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.
